Today in primary four celebrations were in full swing as we celebrated King Charles’ upcoming coronation. We began the day with a special coronation assembly. We sang our coronation song, learnt about King Charles, his life and what his role as King will entail. We then were treated to a lovely ice-cream from the ice cream van. After break we had a coronation themed disco and we danced our socks off. Next we had a royal themed buffet lunch in the canteen! We had such a special day celebrating together.
We were busy through the week preparing well wishes for our new King, making bunting and paper chains and completing lots of coronation themed artwork. Our classroom was well decorated for our celebration day. Check out the photos from our royal celebrations🇬🇧
