Jackson Pollock
23rd Oct 2019
We have been doing a study on the American artist Jackson Pollock. He created large paintings by dripping paint onto canvas. He did this to create the effect that his pictures were moving. We made our own large painting using autumn colours to create the effect of autumn leaves falling from the trees. We then made individual, smaller paintings by rolling conkers through the paint to create the effect of movement.
