Splatter Painting! 🎨
2nd Nov 2020
In school we love learning about artists and the different techniques they use to create their art. In P1 we looked at the famous American painter Jackson Pollock and thought about how he created his large abstract action paintings. We decided to recreate his splatter and drip technique it would be best to do this outside! We worked together as a team to create one extra large painting then created our own individual smaller action or movement paintings by rolling conkers through splodges of paint. We think they look great framed and on the wall. Have a look yourself and see what you think.
