In P1 we have been learning all about Autumn and the celebration of Harvest. We learned that in Autumn the leaves change colour from green to red, orange, yellow and brown. We also looked at the different seeds and nuts found on the trees in Autumn time. We read the story of Percy the Park Keeper who looks after the park in the Autumn. We talked about the tools that Percy would need and made wheelbarrows and lawn mowers for him in our morning play. We have also been planting some bulbs that will grow into beautiful flowers we can enjoy in the Spring time.
