Both P5 classes have been lucky enough to be involved in 'Chester's Challenge' with the Chest, Heart and Stroke Foundation. This programme helped us to look at keeping our bodies and minds healthy through a different range of activities in our classrooms and the assembly hall. We learned so much about our sugar intake, healthy diets, the importance of exercise and also sleep. Thank you for this amazing programme and how we can stay fit and healthy.
