After reading the story called Shopping Shambles, we were asked to help Discovery Dog find out which groceries had rolled furthest away. To carry out this investigation, some cylinder shaped groceries were rolled down a ramp. We wanted to see if the size, length, width or weight made a difference to how far the groceries would roll. During our fair test the tin of beans and the chilli powder rolled furthest. We decided that this was because these containers had the best cylinder shapes.
