In primary four we have started our new topic ‘Houses and Homes’. We have been learning lots about the different types of homes and the different names of each. We have been looking at the types of homes we all live in and looking at where we live. For one of our topic tasks we have been thinking about what we think makes a good home and everyone came up with great answers. We have also been looking at the advantages and disadvantages of living beside the Seaside and living in a Mansion!! This week we are looking at the advantages and disadvantages of living in the Countryside!
We all had lots of fun designing our own dream house and labelling all of the different rooms in our dream home!! Most of us would have a cinema room, a games room and our own swimming pool!! In P4 we also looked at which room is everyone’s favourite - the most popular answers were our bedroom and the living room!!
