As part of our Winter topic we have enjoyed focusing on the Disney story Frozen. We have been thinking about the different characters in the story and describing them during Shared Writing. We then had to have a go drawing our favourite character and explaining why we liked them the best.
During Play Based Learning we have been taking on these different characters as we retell the story for ourselves.
In the story Elsa builds Olaf the snowman so we have also been painting and drawing snowmen in a variety of ways. We also ‘made’ ourselves some hats and gloves to help keep us warm in winter just like Anna had to buy herself some new warm winter clothes after Elsa froze all of Arendelle.
