Our P7 class have spent the start of the academic year learning about the life cycle of plants.
Last week, we decided we would try and grow some beans and seeds. This helped the children gain hands-on experience of the germination process.
The children each kept a ‘bean diary’ and sketched their beans/seeds as they sprouted. It was so interesting to see how the beans and seeds changed in the space of just 10 days.
