Jackson Pollock
10th Oct 2018
We have been learning about an abstract artist called Jackson Pollock who is famous for his unique technique of drip painting. He loved to paint on large canvases and much of his work was inspired by Picasso. Jackson Pollock’s art represented an event or action rather than a picture. We have created a large painting similar to Jackson Pollock’s using Autumn colours. Our painting represents Autumn leaves blowing in the wind. We also created individual pieces of artwork by rolling conkers through paint.
