As it was Pancake Tuesday today in P1 we got to make and eat some pancakes. We had different jobs to do such as measuring out ingredients, cracking eggs, sieving flour, whisking all the ingredients together. Then Miss McDonald used a special heated pan to melt butter and cook the pancakes. We thought it was funny how the heat from the pan melted the solid butter in a liquid but the heat changed the liquid pancake batter into solid pancakes that we could pick up and eat!!
