P6 have been learning about the environment and things we can do to reduce our carbon footprint.
Today, Laura from Belfast Hills came out to help us plant Hawthorne bushes in our woodland area. Planting new trees and bushes is one small way we can help our environment. These new bushes will also create homes for some of our local wildlife. We also went on a scavenger hunt and found out which insects live in our school grounds.
