Remembrance Day
Hello everyone!
We have been working really hard in Primary 7 this week. We have been learning about Remembrance Day, why it is important and how we remember those who bravely served their country in the army.
As this year has been very different, we haven’t been able to hold a remembrance service as a whole school in assembly. Therefore, we thought it would be a great idea to pay our own tribute to those who have served in the armed forces.
We decided that we would draw and paint our own poppies to decorate our soldier silhouette and cenotaph display. We think that we have done a great job! Check out the photos to see us hard at work and our final product.
Lest We Forget.
