Wellbeing Wednesday

During remote learning, we started taking part in 'Wellbeing Wednesday' each week. We do activities such as yoga, dancing, drawing, thinking about what we are grateful for and much more! We know that taking time every day to do something we enjoy is really good for our mental health. We have learnt all about how important it is to move our bodies, spend time relaxing, and switching off from the screen for a while.
